Returns

Due to the nature of our food and wellness products, we do not accept returns of opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
